All of these Fungus has been collected, dehydrated, and carefully packaged by my small team of Experts - Thoroughly Inspected, and arriving to you in perfect condition - ready for your culinary experiments :)

This rare, diverse and delicious fungus has thick, soft flesh and a mild flavor that make it a good a substitute for chicken. Many use it as a chicken substitute! In fact, it amazingly has similar texture and flavor as real chicken - making it a perfect culinary godsend!

* Fry in butter & Garlic with a little bit of chicken stock and to use almost everything!

* Batter in Panko or BeerBatter and deep fry for Chicken (of the woods) Tenders!

* Substitute in any chicken dish - tacos, quesadillas, casseroles, pastas, nachos, topping for pizza - you name it! 

To Use: Bring water to boil place mushrooms in water, turn off heat. Let sit for approximately 12-14 minutes. Use the reserved water for gravies or to add flavor to your sauce!
