This product is made from foraged dandelion roots in the spring and summer of 2022. They are cleaned, roasted, dehydrated, and ground. Makes a fantastic coffee substitute that you can drink anytime of the day without worrying about the effects of caffeine. The flavor is quite similar to actual coffee with a heavier emphasis on mild earthy notes.
