Dried Wild Harvested Chanterelle mushrooms, lovingly collected in Western North Carolina. Chanterelles make an excellent addition to any risotto, sauce, or stirfry. To rehydrate we like to soak them overnight in water in the fridge, and then use the soak water in the recipe for a more dynamic flavor.
