Flavor Profile: Medium-high acidity, low sweetness

Kitchen Pairings: Super flexible; anywhere you would incorporate ginger and lime or apple cider vinegar, try using this instead. It works anywhere.
Bar Pairings: Excellent with Light and Dark Rum, Tequila and Mezcal. Good substitute for ginger beer and/or ginger juice in cocktails.
