Our family collects these beauties then shockfreeze them so that all the flavor and aroma get locked, then we slowly freeze dry them on temperatures lower than 40Celcius for forever freshness. With all the abundance of food that we are given, most people eat less than 1% of what's available. But we enjoy time to time having a wild feast especially if so pretty too.
