These morel mushrooms from the US Pacific Northwest are the ones that many morel lovers know best. Dark "natural" morels (M. conica & others) have a deeper, more intense morel flavor than blonde morels and are preferred by many. The morel's unmistakable taste makes it the most sought-after wild mushroom in the world.

These morels typically range in size from 1 inch or less up to 3 inches or more. Sorry, we cannot sort them by size, but they all taste GREAT!

Morels, fresh or dried, and other wild mushrooms, should never be eaten raw – they contain trace amounts of naturally occurring compounds that can cause severe stomach upset, but which are rendered harmless by cooking. 

REGARDING MOREL AVAILABILITY: Fresh morels are a desirable mushroom of limited availability, and the demand is high. While we always do our best to accommodate your delivery requests, please be prepared for possible delays.
