Our halibut is sustainably caught in the Prince William Sound (south central Alaska) by small boat fishermen on a long line and it's strictly regulated by NOAA. The fish is processed and flash frozen immediately after catch to ensure maximum freshness. Flash freezing in vacuum pack preserves the nutrients, flavor, texture and all the other qualities in each portion until you're ready to eat it.
Individually sized portions are also the most convenient way of keeping your fish. When you're ready for your dose of seafood, all you need to do is take it out of the freezer and remover the packaging. No further cutting or portioning needed! And did you know you can cook our fish from frozen? Sprinkle some salt, pepper and olive oil on top of the frozen piece and put it in the oven at 425 degrees F for 10-15 min. Just like that, top chef meal made faster than a frozen pizza in your kitchen!
