REMEMBER! We will ship your order as quickly as possible upon receiving it. Depending on demand and quantity that you ordered, additional days may be required to gather freshly laid hatching eggs. Once your order has begun being picked, we will create a fulfillment for your order and you will be notified. Then, once ready to ship, your order will be marked as shipped and delivered to your shipping supplier within 2 business days, typically Monday through Wednesday, unless the estimated delivery date falls before a Sunday (i.e. if you are located in Florida, or if you choose a faster shipping speed other than USPS Priority Mail). These eggs will be shipped unwashed to allow for the longest shelf life. When you’re ready to use them, simply wash them with light soap and water before cracking.

Unwashed eggs have a shelf life of two weeks unrefrigerated, and 3+ months if refrigerated
