These beautiful blue and green specialty hatching eggs are laid by our pure bred Blue Splash Ameraucana Hens, fertilized by our Giant Mexican Game Fowl / Black Copper Maran Rooster. We will ship your order as quickly as possible upon receiving it. Depending on demand and quantity that you ordered, as well as the laying cycle of our hens and other external factors, additional days may be required to gather freshly laid hatching eggs.

SHIPPING DATES are 100% up to the eggs our flock lay along with orders we have in queue. If you would like to inquire about your order after your order has been placed, but has not yet shipped, please send us a message! As stated prior, orders are packed and shipped based on availability, and availability is 100% based on the frequency and quantity of eggs by our flocks. Sometimes various circumstances could impact a fresh hatching egg order’s estimated ship date. You can reach out to us any time to inquire on your order. 

Eggs are collected and packed over a 2-3 day period. Hatch rate begins to decline if not incubated after day 7, leaving 4 shipping days for the highest hatch rate. Please consider this when selecting your shipping option. We will use our discretion and expertise to determine when your order will be shipped, based on several factors such as order pick date, shipping time to your location, holidays/non-package delivery days such as Sunday, etc. We will do our best to ship our order out to you as soon as possible! We do not get paid until your order arrives at your door, so it is in all of our best interests for orders to be shipped as soon as possible. That said, please note, we cannot rush nature - as soon as our hens fulfill your order, it will be shipped out to you. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order to confirm availability and current shipping time estimates.

REMEMBER! We will ship your order as quickly as possible upon receiving it. Depending on demand and quantity that you ordered, additional days may be required to gather freshly laid hatching eggs. Once your order has begun being picked, we will create a fulfillment for your order and you will be notified. Then, once ready to ship, your order will be marked as shipped and delivered to your shipping supplier within 2 business days, typically Monday through Wednesday, unless the estimated delivery date falls before a Sunday (i.e. if you are located in Florida, or if you choose a faster shipping speed other than USPS Priority Mail). These eggs will be shipped unwashed to allow for the longest shelf life. When you’re ready to use them, simply wash them with light soap and water before cracking.

Unwashed eggs have a shelf life of two weeks unrefrigerated, and 3+ months if refrigerated
