Kathryn Crew, Cultivator/Owner, is a Certified Dietary Manager and Production Horticulturist. She has a passion for soil and water remediation using mushroom mycelium. Kathryn, and the AZ Mushroom Farm, are members of the Arizona Farm Bureau, Slow Food - Prescott, The Northern Arizona Climate Change Alliance, and AZ Mushroom Growers Society.
Recently, we performed scientific research with mushroom mycelium for a global medical supply company.
