Black Squirrel Farms produces black walnut products from wild trees. The eastern black walnut is a North American native walnut variety.

While there are just over 80 black walnut trees that grow on our 8+ acre site that overlooks beautiful Seneca Lake, NY, we also have many other kinds of trees. We are working to restore the ecological integrity of our site with a focus on improving the understory and recovering from the in-process loss of our ash trees to emerald ash borer infestation.
