Welcome!I homestead at the edge of a swamp in rural Vermont. I am passionate about growing a lot of my own food and about rendering bear fat. Bears are hunted up here and most folks do not want or use the fat. I rescue it from being throw away and carefully render it into lovely and useful bear grease.I also infuse the bear grease with flowers and herbs that I grow and preserve. I use those infused jars of bear grease to make salves. I also make pasture raised herbal soaps, flower jellies, and herbal tea blends. My gardens are no till and any ingredients I am unable to grow I forage, buy from local farms, and/or source organically.I am a potter and sell pots when I have time to get into the studio.I generally ship out on Wednesdays and sometimes on Saturday.
