Born and raised on Cape Cod, my family has lived and worked on these waters since the Pilgrims first arrived. I grew up on the ocean and have spent my life as a commercial fisherman, harvesting from the same rich coastline that’s sustained generations of coastal families.
Over the years, chefs and locals alike began asking me for something new from the sea — wild-foraged seaweeds. Today, I hand-harvest a variety of local seaweeds from the clean, cold waters of Cape Cod, always with respect for the tides, seasons, and ecosystems that make this place so special.
