Chicken of the Woods (Laetiporus species) is a beautiful, bright orange and golden-yellow wild mushroom prized for its unique texture and savory flavor. When cooked properly, it has a meaty, tender bite that many people compare to chicken, making it a popular choice for plant-based meals and creative dishes.

Why You'll Love It:

- Meaty Texture: Firm and satisfying, perfect for a variety of recipes.
- Savory Flavor: Delicious sautéed, fried, grilled, or added to pasta and stir-fries.

These Pawpaws I'm running a discount on because they are currently perfectly ripe, some have bruising from harvesting and them being piled on each other. Most are starting to darken, but were just harvested over the weekend. I cannot guarantee they will arrive pretty, some may bust open bc of how ripe they are, but they are delicious!! Would be perfect for making a pawpaw bread or jam! If you live close to Western North Carolina message me we might could meet for delivery.
