They are WILD, the exact opposite of orchard fruit. This is how we want you to experience them.Hand selected and hand packed box of Wild Apples. This box is 10x7x3 and holds about 3-3.5 pounds of wild apples depending on size and variability in the apples.Inspired by the diet of Black Bears themselves!We do not recommend any particular diet, detox, or cleanse, but plenty of information exists on the internet for you to check out. Cleansing is a totally natural way to detox the body, but again, you do at your own risk, or speak to a Doctor before partaking in any cleanse or detox.

Inspired by the past! We found these old jars of Balanced Apple Spread in our 1800’s era barn. These jars were most likely from the 1970’s, when the farmer was still stewarding the land. We lovingly recreated this product to honor the farmer and his family that came before us.We hand-select and hand-harvest our wild apples and process them in small and slow batches. Because our apples have never been sprayed or manipulated by man, we proudly leave the skins on our apples. The Apple Spread is hand-blended with our Apple Molasses, bringing the flavor to the next level.  Apple Molasses is listed as an endangered food by Slow Food Ark of Taste. We are proud to be one of only three makers of this product. Our Apple Spread has many uses! Use Apple Spread in baked goods, paired with meats, and it is especially great in apple pies and crisps.Red Kill Mountain Homestead Farms is based in the heart of the Catskill Mountains in Delaware County, New York. Wild apple trees abound in this area, and we happen to be the stewards of a private apple forest. Our sap bush is located in the heart of the New York City watershed. This means our forest is protected and safely within the boundaries of the Forever Wild Catskill Mountains.Maple syrup is one of nature's finest sweeteners and this Bourbon Barrel aged Maple Syrup is nothing short of divine. Add it to yogurt, pancakes, and even add to your bacon or meats as a glaze. Wood-fired and aged 6 months in a bourbon barrel, the bourbon flavor is strong but enjoyable with the sweetness of maple close behind it. A friend and family favorite.Red Kill Mountain Homestead Farms is based in Delaware County, New York. We are proud to be the purveyors of two indigenous sweeteners; maple syrup and our Apple Molasses product. Homestead farmers had to preserve their harvests for the winter months. Maple syrup is so special because it is made at the end of winter, the beginning of spring.
