The Grain length of this product is 1/2" to 1" in length.

Your order is shipped in a sturdy corrugated case containing six (6) 16 oz bags. Each bag is airtight to preserve the organic integrity and fresh-parched aroma of the lake-harvested grains until they reach your kitchen.

Store in a cool, dry place. For maximum flavor retention and extended shelf life, we recommend keeping the bags in an airtight container or refrigerating after opening.

Preparation: Combine 1/2 bag (8 oz) with 4 cups of water or broth and 1/2 tsp of oil/butter. Bring to a hard boil, then boil gently for 30 minutes.

The Secret to the Perfect Blossom: Shut off the heat and let the rice stand on the burner for 25–30 minutes. This allows the kernels to fully open and reach their peak texture.
