All of these Chanterelles have been personally collected, cleaned, dehydrated, and carefully packaged by my small team of experts - arriving to you - ready for your culinary experiments :)

• Chanterelles are highly desired by chefs for their distinct peppery and mild fruity taste.

• Rehydrate in boiling water or chicken broth. Sauté with shallots and garlic OR mix into any/all sorts of soups and cream sauce creations! 

• I also love to sauté and mix into omelets. Also - wonderful mixed with half&half - combine with chopped ham, and scoop over toasted English Muffins.

• The possibilities are endless with the magnificently diverse mushroom!
