Coming to you straight from the North Woods of Minnesota, black footed polypore tea strips (we also call these mushrooms leather backs in this neck of the woods).

Picipes Badius has been used for centuries in ethonomedicines. This mushroom has been used to help boost immunity, used for treating parasitic infections (worms) in both people and pets, and it has also been revered for it's anti-tumor properties.

These polypores were ethically harvested in the timbers of Minnesota. They were then rinsed, cleaned with compressed air, cut into thin strips, and dried within 24 hours of harvesting.

The package size is 1/2 oz. This may not sound like much, but when drinking daily, this amount will last over a month. Simply snap off a small piece for brewing a cup, or a larger piece if brewing a kettle. Once brewed it can be refrigerated for up to a week. You can drink it cold or warm and get the same benefits.

As far as flavor, there isn't much. A very mild mealy flavor at most. That makes it an excellent choice for adding to your favorite teas.
