Coming to you straight from the North Woods of Minnesota- blackberry ghost pipe tincture!
A bit about ghost pipe:
It can help with nerve & muscle spasms, fainting spells, and various nervous conditions.
It has been used effectively in treating severe mental and emotional pain due to PTSD and other traumatic injury, as well as severe nerve pain due to Lyme disease.
It is a useful first aid remedy that helps ease pain caused by trauma, tension, migraines, or pinched nerves. It also helps relieve skeletal tension associated with migraines and neck pain, as well as sharp, shooting pains associated with pinched nerves.
Now having filled you in on some of its uses, don't get the wrong impression. This is NOT meant to be a cure all.
This specific tincture that I made was specifically made using microdosing guidelines for anxiety relief. If you are seeking pain relief, this batch is NOT for you.
This batch was cold infused with wild blackberries as well as the ghost pipe. It both gives a boost of antioxidants as well as making the flavor sweeter. Ghost pipe is fairly bitter on it's own.
Dosage: This can be the tricky part. It is up to the individual taste and what you are using the tincture for. I recommend starting out with only 2-3 drops at bedtime just to ensure you don't have an allergic reaction to the ingredients. Some people have allergies that they are unaware of, so micro doses are always recommended.
If you tolerate the bedtime drops well, you can increase the drops and frequency to reach the desired effect. These drops should be used only when needed to help calm your mind and body. Using too frequently can reduce the efficacy.

I practice ethical foraging, and due to the nature and importance of keeping the population healthy in my forest I make very few and very small batches of this product.
