Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup was born between a collaboration with SiN and
Central Standard Distillery. We age our Virgin Blonde Maple in Central
Standard Bourbon Barrels for 6-12 months until a perfect balance of
bourbon and maple sweetness is found.
