The scent is fantastic, when gently crushed, they smell of a delightfully rich mix of cloves and camphor. Neither flowers nor leaves are edible, actually they’re poisonous, so will not be included.
Can be used as a native substitute for cinnamon - grown locally, organically (uncertified) and veganically. Published recipes are lacking, which means a great opportunity for experimentation!
