It's time to tame and pamper that unruly beard fellas!
So what is beard balm? Think of it as a conditioner for your beard. It not only helps to keep your whiskers soft and flexible, it also helps the skin below. That's right, no more beardruff (the funky dandruff only a real beard can make).
This fantastic balm was made with an orange peel grapeseed infused oil as well as a cedar infused coconut oil. The cedar boughs came from timber on our property here in the North Woods of Minesota woot woot!! The balm has a very light scent. After all, as awesome as cedar and orange smells, you don't want to walk around huffing it all day long.
So how and when is the best time to use your balm? Simple, you can use it whenever you feel dry (the cold winter months when skin tends to dry out & in the hot months of summer when you tend to sweat more). Remember, you are using it to protect that awesome beard, but also the tender skin below.
A little balm goes a long ways! My dads favorite time to balm up is after a shower. Simply use your fingernail to lift a bit of balm from the tin, rub it gently with your fingertips, and drag it through that beautiful man beard. If you have a longer beard you may want to apply a little extra and comb it through to help ensure great coverage.
The balm doesn't need to be applied daily. Once every few days or even just twice a week in the mild temperate seasons is enough to keep your beard at its maximum awesomeness!
