Use as a spice or seasoning where you want a deep mushroom flavor to enhance your dish. Add to soups, broths, sauces, or as a dry rub for beef, lamb, dark meat, and gamey birds and animals. Its great on roasted potatoes; especially creamy mashed potatoes. You can also infuse in alcohol, vinegar, honey, and tea for medicinal purposes.
