Fire cider is an age old folk remedy; a simple kitchen medicine by, and for the people.
There are hundreds of recipes available online and almost no wrong way to make one.
With the key ingredients being something spicy, some aromatics, vinegar & honey.
Some fire ciders are definitely more palatable than others.
This is one of my favorite takes on fire cider, crafted to be tart, sweet, and warming.
I enjoy creating herbal formulas that are as equally delicious as they are balanced and beneficial, so you can really enjoy “taking your medicine”.
HOW TO USE: Shake well. Take 1 to 3 tablespoons daily up to 3 times a day for immune support. Dilute or sweeten to suit your taste. Try in sparkling water for a refreshing mocktail. Can also be added to soups, stocks, marinades, and salad dressings.
INGREDIENTS: Hibiscus, Organic Lemons, Organic Ginger, Echinacea*, Jalapeno*, Sugar Rush Peach Pepper*, Organic Honey, and Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
