I have done fruit once. It's expensive to ship.

- May arrived partially thawed, but don’t worry! It’s still good to use.
- Upon arrival, unbox ingredients and place in freezer to harden back up.

Upon arrival, unbox ingredients and place in freezer to harden. Once you wash/peel them, let thaw, run through food mill, then either store in fridge if you'll use it soon or throw it back in the freezer for later.

I personally like to freeze the fruit, take them out & wash immediately to get the skin off. I then let them thaw before running them through a fool mill to separate pulp from seed.
