stinging nettle is a staple of western herbalism. it's high in plant proteins and helps the body digest, process + utilize proteins effectively. eating too much meat, even if you feel like it digests well, can leave byproducts in the body. those byproducts collect at the joints, kidneys + urinary systems, leading to arthritic pain, kidney stones + urination troubles for men. stinging nettle is also a specific for building blood, wasting disorders + restoring function where it has been lost. 

this is a full spectrum tincture 3:1:1 of leaf+root+seed, picked and tinctured at their respective peak seasons. you only need 5-10 drops 2 or 3 times a day. 

it's a great companion tincture for 'the hermit' restorative reishi tea blend. 

this tincture is specifically useful for 

rinsing toxicity from the joints

male sexual debility

kidney stones (drink your lemon water with it daily)

wasting disorders (add reishi)
