Each will be brushed but not washed because I do not like to get them wet because it takes away from freshness and adds problems during shipping. I do not sell anything less than a pound and I do not dehydrate mushrooms not for me or you this is a seasonal mushroom that is the absolute best when fresh and I know anyone that knows Chanterelle flavor will be absolutely blown away!
