Wild selected, smooth, and glorious, Golden Chanterelles from what is known as the rainforest of Texas, Sulphur River Basin in Northeast Texas (an all-natural, pesticide-free, forest). We have over 1,000's acres of property that are prime pickings for finding these little precious steaks of the mushroom world.

These fresh and organic mushrooms are carefully sourced, as close to the purchase date, as possible, and harvested responsibly to ensure strong harvests in the future. All mushrooms are selected, cleaned with compressed air, never washed, then dehydrated (unless otherwise requested). Then they are stored in sealed glass jars until sold. Once sold, the product is carefully packaged and the buyer can rest assured they will receive our product in prime condition, as requested.

We will sell these dehydrated and can arrange a meetup, if local. These will be sold in quantities of 1/2lb dried ounce. If larger quantities are requested, please feel free to contact us to ensure you receive what you are looking for.

When rehydrating the mushrooms, use a soft bristle brush to gently remove any spores prior to cooking. For assistance with how to reconstitute these mushrooms, please don't hesitate to reach out, as needed.
