pouchong. jasmine flower. vanilla bean.
pouchong is a delicate taiwanese spring tea.
steep for about 5 minutes in mildly boiling water.
this blend is happy, floral + fragrant.
it brews to a nice caramel color,
but not much darker.
-good morning grouchy-
sencha. rose. chrysanthemum flower.
dandelion leaf. burdock root. licorice root.
sencha is a fine green tea,
it needs barely boiling water
steep for 4-5 minutes, resteep once or twice.
this blend is uplifting + nourishing
it’s a great daily detox tea to give the system
a nice rinse. there is no better day time
blend for sick days.

puehr. cinnamon. ginger. cloves.
star anise. black pepper. yerba mate.
puehr is fully fermented black tea
it likes boiling water, and its accompanying
herbs do too. steep 4-5 minutes each steep.
*this blend is warming + invigorating.
it’s an excellent aly for breaking out of a slump,
maintaining steady energy levels throughout
the day, improving circulation
+promoting healthy gut bacteria.
