To obtain the very best healing nutrients
from your REISHI Tea we advise making a batch using 5-7 teabags and either
placing it in a slow cooker with a lid overnight or simmering in a covered stainless steel pot for
approximately 2 hours topping up water if required. The end result should be a dark brown
color.
