Eat it raw! Uni makes a great "condiment" to any meal. Easily spreads over toast with butter for breakfast. Great to put over rice with pickles and kewpie mayo. Add an extra layer of umami to your steak at dinner.

Roast or broil it! Brush with a dash of soy sauce and have your sushi rice handy.
