I made this product by combining equal parts dehydrated wild mushrooms. In this case, Maitake and Chanterelle mushrooms from my woods with a quality salt brand; Redmond Mineral Rock Salt. 1/3 mushroom blend and 2/3 salt. A stellar color packed with savory flavor. The salt helps preserve the mushrooms flavor and aroma for a very long time. A complex flavor that is deep, savory, and earthy. Use in place of plain salt where you want a rich mushroom flavor to elevate whatever you are preparing. This will help step up your salt game, for sure.

There are no fillers. You are getting 100% of the item as listed. I am just sharing an honest product. The weight is the net weight of the product listed - not the combined weight of the item and package.
