Jewel milkweed is an amazing plant with blue, waxy leaves and a striking chartreuse and purple flowered umbel. This is one of the hardest plants we have ever grown. Germination is tough, but it can be done. Instructions to help with success are provided. This ecotype is from Reno, Nevada.
