This bright, tangy, and uplifting blend, follows in the footsteps of a Red Zinger style tea.
It features one of my all-time favorite herbal combos, Lemon Balm and Hibiscus.
This is a flavorful anytime blend that is not only delicious hot, but would also be perfect served as an iced tea during the summer months.
These herbs contain excellent nutritive and astringent properties, and are great for keeping the bodies’ waterways moving, while being supportive to the nervous system.
HOW TO USE: Add one heaping Tablespoon, per 8 ounces of hot water.
Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste. ENJOY!
