a bit of damiana and mugwort add atmosphere and bring on a relaxing body buzz
marshmallow leaf and rose hips are sweet and nutritive.
the marshmallow specifically brings on a bit of slippery mucilage to moisturize + reinforce mucous membranes.

rose petals work to cool excess heat, open the heart and benefit lymphatic health.
this blend is ethereal, yet grounding. it opens you up and brings you down in all the right ways.
it adds dimension to already pleasant days, and resets perspective on more challenging ones.

it's bright and uplifting, yet fairly low on caffeine if you're sensitive.

brew it nice and strong, add your honey when it's hot.
let it steep until cool *THEN* strain and fridge it.

could you make it into sun tea?
yep! you'll use quite a bit and you'll have to be a bit patient.
don't put it in a tea bag or anything, just let the loose leaf have room to brew.
give it a shake here and there. when it looks ready, give it a taste.
then strain and fridge it
