Our Spirit blend provides a balanced, medium-bodied coffee with accents of bakers chocolate and dark fruits. The components of our blend are carefully selected for their individual characteristics and how they contribute to our final product.

We roast our coffee to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.  Orders received by 8 pm PST the day prior to roasting will be included in the following day's roast schedule. We roast to order and ship the very next day to provide you with the freshest cup possible.
