this is a very strong tincture.
i steeped fresh early fall nettle roots in vodka for 6+ months.

this is the first time i've released this remedy, so i don't have a lot of first hand experience yet.
i had many clients request the nettle root tincture, so here we are.

i was very impressed with the various studies that have been done with nettle root and enlarged prostate issues in men.
from my own trusted sources, they say it takes about a month to see good results.
the research groups don't say what form of nettle root they used, but their studies are longer term. usually checking at 6 and 18 months.

i would consider pairing a nettle root tincture with a daily detox tincture to get a full body support for
cleansing/lymph support/urinary support going.
daily detox is stinging nettle leaf + seed, yarrow, cleavers + dandelion root.
you get the full nettle experience. cleavers and dandelion root are both specific to prostate/urinary issues as well.
yarrow is a phenomenal guide herb, harmonizer and over all great cleansing remedy.

there's a lot of very good research on nettle + saw palmetto being a great combo.
saw palmetto does not grow and cannot be grown in my 6b zone, so i don't have any at present.

i do have a full spectrum stinging nettle tincture that is leaf, seed + root.
