this has been a wonderful formula as a tincture.
it is a deep vitality tonic that is excellent for:
-deep kidney + immune support
-regaining strength in difficult recoveries
-adrenal fatigue
-male support in libido, performance and fertility

i found a way to have enough stock for a couple small batches of tea.
this bag is about a 1 month supply.
reishi requires an extended brew for full bioavailability.
you simmer for an hour or so and try to get 10 mins of a moderate boil.
you brew it in batches for 7-10 days worth at a time
and you heat it up out of the fridge for 1-2 cups a day.
drink it nice and hot.
adding honey- no problem.

always follow a cup of tea with a glass of water.
this is a very deep tonic and you need to stay well hydrated or you will feel cruddy.
please always remember that high quality herbal and mushroom remedies work through the waters of the body
which is why you can enjoy prompt results!
but if you are not well hydrate, the remedies do not have a clean medium to work through.
that makes you feel cruddy. drinking a full glass of water would clear that up promptly.

this tonic is extremely high quality and the formula is wonderful.

it's important to get consistent deep sleep
and to manage stress throughout the day with a tincture that matches what your stress feels like in your mind-body
these two steps help to work out of the chemical cycle that holds you in chronic fight or flight mode.
your body cannot access deeper functions in the sympathetic state. it's not fuel efficient.
it drains your reserves and leads to adrenal fatigue.
you can't truly make progress without addressing this aspect first.
from there,
sometimes people need some gentle detox support
sometimes people have a food / supplement / inflammatory factor
that's going into their body every day causing widespread inflammation
it can be a little bit of a deep dive.
we don't use a tonic to rebuild until the rest is addressed and rebalanced.
