this blend is best made once a week in a big batch and refrigerated between use. 

reishi's medicine is best extracted by simmering for 30 minutes- an hour, then leaving the lid on to steep for a while longer. 

this bag is roughly enough for 2 cups a day for a month or so. sticking to the regimen for a month is wonderfully rejuvenating.
