Each year we grow a giant garden of our favorite vegetables. Most of our favorite vegetables are old timey varieties that people currently call "Heirloom". It is with great pleasure that we offer up our favorites for you.

Pepper Description: For the last few years, we have been trying to track down real Calabrian peppers. It's not been easy, and the reason why....there's a lot of peppers grown in Calabria! Some are round, some are short, such as this variety, Tondo Round. We have obtained a few strains from our friend from Calabria, and they continue to track down others.

Tondo (Round in English) is a cherry sized pepper with a punch. These average 20,000 Scoville units and have a great flavor. It is different from the Calabrian Cherry in that they sometimes have a point and are a bit more elongated. They share the same heat and flavor.

These peppers grew out beautifully, evenly and we are excited to now offer them to you.

Our plants are hand grown with tender loving care. Your purchase helps us to continue our quest to organically produce premium seeds here on our farm. We are passionate about gardening and strive to present nothing but the best for our fellow gardeners. The pictures you see are actual sample photos of peppers we grew.
