Each year we grow a giant garden of our favorite vegetables. Most of our favorite vegetables are old time varieties that people currently call "Heirloom". It is with great pleasure that we offer up our favorites for you.

Description: This Thai basil is pretty special to us. Our original seeds came from a little Vietnamese pho shop nearby here in Trenton, New Jersey. This Thai basil is the only one we now grow. It has a very potent star anise kick to it that holds up very well when cooked. We always have an Everleaf basil and one of these plants growing in our kitchen during the Winter months.
