Tulsi Basil is a well revered and powerful adaptogenic herb also known as Holy Basil.
This blend of Tulsi is combined with organic oatmeal and layered in traditional chai spices like fresh cracked cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, and clove, for a rich, creamy, spicy chai flavor.
This is formulated to be very nutritive and moistening to the system, which is especially important and harder to maintain in Winter months.
HOW TO USE: Shake the bag up well, as the spices will have settled to the bottom.
Add one heaping Tablespoon, per 8 ounces of hot water.
Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
For a real treat add ghee and/or cream.
