This beautiful, fragrant Indiana White Clover is harvested from private open Indiana fields far away from any farm fields, roads, etc that may bring them into contact with any herbicides, insecticides, or chemicals. Once they are rinsed, the blossoms are dried and stored in air tight jars in a cool, dry place. These are harvested during Spring and Summer, so get it while its available!

The blossoms are dried whole, then stored in air-tight glass jars in a cool, dark area until they are packaged for shipping.

Scientific Name:

A member of the legume family, the leaves are composed of three leaflets, which may or may not have a “crescent” or “water mark” on the upper surface. Leaves and roots develop along stolons at nodes. The flower heads, each consisting of 40 to 100 florets, are borne on long stalks from the leaf axils. Florets are white but may have a pink hue.
