The sage was ethically harvested right here in the North Woods of Minnesota. I cold infused the sage over an eight-week time span.
The oil was then strained and strained again before adding beeswax and vitamin E oil. After simmering it was poured directly into sterile tins.
There are no dyes or additives used to pretty this up. It is an all-natural product.
As for the uses of the sage wax:
- It can be used to speed the healing of cracked winter skin (hands and feet both)
- It is fantastic for cuticle care
- It can be applied in a thin layer to help prevent chapping of the skin in the brutal winter months
It is safe to use on children. Just keep in mind that a very little of this wax goes a long way.
This wax should not be used near the eyes as it can cause burning sensation and watering of the eyes when in close proximity.
Your white sage wax will arrive via USPS.
Your wax can be stored in the tin it ships in at room temperature. If you forget and leave your tin sitting in direct sunlight it may start to get soft. This will not hurt the wax at all. It will resolidify as it cools back down to room temperature.
Apply a thin layer to help heal dry, cracked skin. It also works wonders on cuticles.
