About the Product: Black Cod is a highly desirable and incredibly versatile fish. It's a dense white meat fish with high oil content and known for its rich and buttery flavor.
Black Cod can be baked, poached, broiled, grilled or pan-fried. It's high oil and Omega-3 fatty acids content enables it to stay moist even when barbecuing or smoking.
Please note this product will have small pinbones because sablefish are too delicate to remove these bones.

Shelf Life: 4 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
