Fiddleheads will begin shipping the first week of May. We have received many pre-orders this year so as of April 28th we are looking at new orders being shipped out starting May 9th.
We are blessed to be able to harvest our fiddleheads far away from any pollutants. Don’t miss out on these spring delicacies, they are only available for about a month.
They do freeze well and can be used then throughout the year to add a bit of that early spring energy to your favorite dishes. 🌱
Remember, these are perishable goods! Please keep track of your order and plan to accept and open your package as soon as it arrives. We will do our best with packaging and are relying on the Post Office to get them to you as fast as possible. We will only be shipping Monday-Wednesday to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition possible. 🌱
