Fresh Golden Chanterelles

Golden nuggets on the forest floor. One of the most popular culinary mushrooms out there due to their amazing flavor and versatility, these are right at the top of the favorite list for a lot of people around the world! Our golden chanterelles are harvested in the great Northern Maine woods where pollution and other harvesting worries are non-issues. They are field cleaned/trimmed and shipped priority to your door with no hidden shipping charges. What you see is what you pay!

Please note: We ship our Chanterelles in a way that limits the possibility of spoilage during shipping. Being shipped fresh, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your order doesn't get stuck sitting at a shipping facility over a weekend. Because of this, please know that shipping times can be delayed by a couple of days as we want you to receive the best product possible! When your mushrooms arrive, they may be slightly "dry" as they are packaged in a way that no extra moisture will cause them to spoil or rot. Don't worry, they cook up just fine! Also due to the moisture absorbents, the mushrooms can lose 10-25% of their water weight during shipping. All orders are picked to order and weighed on a very accurate electric scale prior to shipping and we usually put a little more than what was ordered to account for some of this slight shrinkage.
