Our Mesquite Meal - Flour, is made entirely from the pods, or beans, of this southwest desert tree. Once properly cleaned and sun dried, the pods are crushed over and over again. After removal of pod shells, the meal is sifted into a fine powder. The flavor is sweet, nutty, with tones of cinnamon and glove. The benefits of this earthy flour offer fiber, protein, and essential minerals. In addition, it's keto friendly, dairy, and paleo free, non GMO, raw, and vegan.
