If you consider yourself someone that knows Japanese cuisine and has never worked with this essential ingredient then you are missing out. Myoga as it is commonly known is a traditional plant that is grown in Japan for it's beautiful flower buds that are used in Shibazuke, Myoga shiso rice, and everyone's favorite Myoga Amazuzuke. We are proud to be growing this absolutely beautiful plant in our nursery and provide them for people to have extremely high quality Myoga that does not have to be shipped across the world.
Each order will include one fully developed Myoga plant from our forest nursery to your door.
