Paw paw Seeds! Genetics from cultivated varieties allegany, sunshine, susquehanna, NC-1, Potomac and other orchard cultivars. We hand collected these seeds from orchards around PA and NY. We have planted many out on our farm on top the mountain above Ellenville, NY. Enjoy! Pawpaw Seeds need cold Stratification. With that said I have had successful seed planting by planting my seeds in late March or April. You can also set the fruit or seeds out in the fall and cover with some dirt and wood chips as mulch and the seeds will generally sprout. I personally have never had a problem in 6 years of planting the seeds this way. Most of the seeds will sprout in August or in September even. If you warm the soil early in the spring with black plastic or other methods you will get sprouting sooner.

Seeds arrive in a plastic bag to ensure they dont dry out - cleaned up and ready to use.

Store the seeds in the refrigerator until you plan on using them.
