Our sustainably harvested fiddleheads (Matteuccia struthiopteris) come from pristine private lands in Wisconsin and are nestled among the trees and the waterways. These unique spring delicacies only are harvest size for a few days each year, so we keep a close eye on them! Pickled fiddleheads are the perfect way to preserve and enjoy the special flavor the ostrich ferns' tender young leaves have to offer. Enjoy as a side, in bloody mary's and right out of the jar!
